These terms are an agreement between you (or the agency you sign up for) and Zyntlow, the software development company that builds and operates Strongroom. By creating or using a workspace you agree to them. If you sign up for an agency, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms on its behalf.
1. The service
Strongroom gives each workspace a private place to keep client passwords and 2FA codes, client status, notes, transcripts and related tools. Each workspace has its own address and its own database. We may improve and change features over time; if we remove something important to a paid plan, we will tell you in advance.
2. Your account and master password
- Keep your sign-in details and master password private, and use a strong one.
- We cannot recover a forgotten master password. Vault data is encrypted with keys only you hold. A workspace admin can reset your account and re-share access, but anything that cannot be re-shared may be lost.
- Admins are responsible for who they invite and what access each person has.
3. Plans, trials and billing
- Starter is free within its limits. Team and Agency are priced per person, per month or per year, in US dollars, as shown on our pricing page.
- Paid plans start with a 14-day free trial with no card required. If you do not subscribe by the end of the trial, the workspace moves to Starter.
- A yearly plan costs 10 months of the monthly price.
- You are billed for the people on your team at each renewal. Payments are processed by Paystack by card or mobile money.
- If a renewal fails, paid features stay on for a short grace period, then the workspace moves to Starter.
- You can cancel at any time. Your workspace then moves to Starter and you keep access to your passwords. Payments already made are not refunded unless the law requires it.
4. Your content
You own what you put into Strongroom. You give us permission to store, process and display it only so we can run the service for you. You are responsible for having the right to store the credentials and information you add, including those that belong to your clients.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use Strongroom to break the law, to store credentials you are not authorised to hold, to attack or probe the service or other workspaces, or to resell it without our agreement.
6. Connections and AI
Google Drive, webhooks and model providers used by Adams are third-party services covered by their own terms. Adams answers on a built-in model with a daily allowance per workspace, or on your own API key, in which case you pay your provider for that use. AI answers can be wrong; check anything important against the sources Adams cites.
7. Availability and liability
We work hard to keep Strongroom available and secure, but we provide it “as is” and cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, Zyntlow is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us for Strongroom in the twelve months before it.
8. Ending the agreement
You can stop using Strongroom and ask us to close your workspace at any time. We may suspend or close a workspace that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, and will tell you why when we reasonably can.
9. Changes and contact
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will update the date at the top and tell workspace admins before the change takes effect. Questions? Reach us through zyntlow.com/contact.
