The private operating system for agencies

Every client’s keys and status,in one strongroom.

Passwords and live 2FA codes, weekly status, notes and call transcripts: one private place per client. The vault is encrypted in your browser, so not even we can read it.

14-day trial · no card · your keys never leave your browser unencrypted

What it replaces

Six tools held together with hope, replaced by one.

The spreadsheet of passwords, the one shared login, the notes app and the Slack thread nobody can find. Each client gets one place instead.

  • Passwords in a spreadsheetVault
  • One shared LastPass loginPer-client access
  • 2FA codes on one person’s phoneLive codes
  • Client notes in NotionNotebook
  • Status buried in SlackWeekly status
  • “Where’s that call recording?”Transcripts
Everything about a client

One place per client, for the whole team.

Six things agencies juggle every day, finally in the same room and shared only with the people who work on that client.

Vault

A vault per client, that only your team can open.

Logins, 2FA codes and notes live with the client they belong to, encrypted in your browser before they are saved. Share a client and its vault goes with it; nobody else sees a thing.

  • Live 2FA codes stored with the login, so codes are not stuck on one phone
  • Password health flags weak, reused, old and no-2FA logins
  • An access log of who revealed or copied what
  • Trash and restore, and import from Chrome, 1Password, LastPass or Bitwarden
Client status

Know how every client is doing, without a meeting.

Each client has a health, a stage and a next step with a due date. A short weekly update keeps twelve weeks of history, and anyone quiet for seven days gets flagged.

  • Board or list, by health: On track, Watch, At risk, Blocked
  • Stages from Onboarding to Active, Paused and Ended
  • A “needs update” nudge when a client goes quiet for 7 days
Notebook

Notes that live next to the client, not in another app.

A block editor for briefs, meeting notes and how-tos, with pages filed under each client. Start from a template instead of a blank page.

  • Templates: Client brief, Meeting notes, Onboarding checklist, Monthly report, SOP
  • Headings, checklists and @mentions for teammates
  • Every page filed under the client it is about
Transcripts & Adams

Calls file themselves. Adams reads them for you.

Connect Google Drive and transcripts from your “Client Calls” folder land under the right client on their own. Then ask Adams anything about any client, and get an answer with its sources.

  • Answers from clients, meetings, documents, pages and statuses, with citations
  • Works out of the box, or bring your own Claude, GPT or Gemini key
  • Never sees passwords. The vault is out of its reach by design
  • Any-app webhook for Zapier, Make or n8n, plus uploads
Drive and webhooks on Team; Adams on Agency
Notifications

Hear about the client that needs you, first.

A bell in the app and browser push for the things worth stopping for: an @mention, a client turning at risk, a next step coming due, a new transcript.

  • @mentions in pages and updates
  • At-risk alerts and due next steps
  • New transcripts as they are filed
Browser extension

Fill logins and 2FA codes without leaving the page.

The Chrome side panel finds the logins for the site you are on, across the clients you work on, and fills the password and the current code.

  • Matches by site, across your clients
  • Fills username, password and 2FA code
  • Opens in Chrome’s side panel, right next to the page
Security

Zero-knowledge, in plain words.

The same model as Bitwarden. Your vault is locked and unlocked in your browser. What reaches our server is ciphertext we cannot open.

You choose a master password

It is typed into your browser and never sent anywhere. Not to us, not to your admin.

Secrets are locked before they leave

Every login, 2FA secret and note is encrypted on your device. The server only receives ciphertext.

Sharing hands over a locked key

Each client has its own key, sealed separately for each person who works on that client.

Questions

Straight answers. No small print.

Can you read our passwords?
No. Your vault is encrypted in your browser with a key that comes from your master password, using AES-256-GCM. Our server only ever stores the encrypted result. We cannot read it, and neither can anyone who gets hold of our database.
What happens if I forget my master password?
Nobody can recover it, including us. That is the price of a vault we cannot open. A workspace admin can reset your account, and your teammates then share each client's vault with you again.
Where is our data stored?
On our servers. Every workspace gets its own subdomain and its own separate database, so one agency's data never sits in a table next to another's. Passwords and 2FA secrets are stored only as ciphertext.
Can we pay with mobile money?
Yes. Payments go through Paystack, which takes cards and mobile money.
How does billing for people work?
Paid plans are priced per person. You are billed for the people on your team at each renewal, monthly or yearly. A year costs ten months, so two months are free.
Can we cancel any time?
Yes. If you cancel, your workspace drops to the free Starter plan. You keep access to your passwords; only the paid features switch off.
Is there a free trial?
Team and Agency start with a 14-day free trial, and you do not need a card to begin. Starter is free for up to 3 people and 5 clients, with no time limit.
What does the AI assistant cost?
Adams works out of the box on a built-in model hosted by NVIDIA, with a daily allowance per workspace, at no extra charge. If you would rather use your own, add an API key for Claude, GPT or Gemini and pay that provider directly, with no daily limit. Adams answers from your clients, meetings, pages and statuses, and never sees passwords.
Can we use our own domain?
On the Agency plan, yes: you can run your workspace on an address like vault.youragency.com. Every workspace also gets its own address, such as acme.strongroom.zyntlow.com.
Can we bring our passwords from another manager?
Yes. Import a CSV export from Chrome, 1Password, LastPass or Bitwarden. On Team and Agency you can also paste JSON or import in bulk.

Give every client one strongroom.
